Service Availability
Overview
Solomon is operated by Phenomenal Sp. z o.o., a company registered in Poland. This page sets out our commitments regarding service availability and the limits of our liability where disruptions occur.
Target Availability
We aim to maintain Solomon service availability of 99% or above, measured on a rolling 30-day basis. This target excludes planned maintenance windows and disruptions attributable to third-party infrastructure providers.
Planned Maintenance
Where planned maintenance requires the service to be taken offline, we will endeavour to provide at least 24 hours advance notice via the in-app notification system and our status page. Planned maintenance will be scheduled outside peak usage hours wherever possible.
Third-party dependencies
Solomon depends on the following third-party infrastructure providers, over which Phenomenal Sp. z o.o. has no operational control:
Anthropic - the AI system that powers Sol's responses
Vercel - the platform on which the Solomon application is hosted
Supabase / Amazon Web Services - the database infrastructure that stores account data, memory, and conversation history
Phenomenal Sp. z o.o. accepts no liability for service disruptions caused by failures, outages, or changes made by these third-party providers. In the event of a third-party outage, we will communicate status updates via our public status page as promptly as reasonably practicable.
Exclusions
The following are excluded from any service availability commitment:
Disruptions caused by third-party infrastructure providers (as listed above)
Disruptions caused by the user's internet connection, device, or browser
Planned maintenance windows notified in advance
Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control
Disruptions arising from misuse of the service
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Phenomenal Sp. z o.o. shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from service unavailability, whether caused directly or indirectly, including where such unavailability results from the failure of any third-party provider.
Solomon is provided as a companion and support tool. It is not a medical device, crisis service, or regulated health product. Users are advised not to rely solely on Solomon for time-sensitive support needs.
